Strawberry Gin Smash

This cocktail is made with Sobrii Gin made in Stratford.  To make it all you have to do is smash some strawberries in the bottom of a glass, add lime juice, a tiny bit of simple syrup, an ounce or two of the Sobrii Gin.  Add ice and top with soda water.

Ricky and Bubbles

This cocktail is made with Libra non-alcoholic craft beer and regular or diet tonic water with a ton of ice.

Aperol Spritz

This cocktail is made with Grüvi and Atupique from Quebec. Add the non-alcoholic Aperol, the Grüvi Dry Secco, ice and an orange slice for garnish.

Daydream Mojito

Daydream is an adaptogens and hemp infused drink that comes in many different flavours.  For the mojito, smash up lime, mint and cane sugar.  Then add in cucumber lime Daydream and a lot of ice.
