125th Around the Bay

It’s a pretty special year for Hamilton’s Around the Bay Road Race as they are celebrating 125 years, making it oldest race in North America. It’s also the first road race to kick off the running season, so Tim Bolen was with Heather Garnder getting prepared for the run by doing some strength training.
