Murder charges in fatal collision

A Hamilton woman has been charged with second degree murder in connection with a fatal collision in Niagara Falls.

It happened last Monday, on the QEW near McLeod Rd. Police say a car lost control and hit the guard rail.

Two men were thrown from their vehicle, and Gordon Hall, 33, of Lincoln was killed when another car hit him. Then the driver who struck Hall drove off.

Terri Nichols, 51, is charged with second degree murder, attempted murder, criminal negligence causing death, and criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
