Bringing outdoor fitness inside

As the weather starts to cool down, we tend to be less physically active. A new business in Toronto is hoping to reverse that habit by bringing a popular outdoor fitness trend inside.

Over the last few years, extreme obstacle courses have skyrocketed in popularity. And thanks to a new indoor playground called Pursuit OCR, they’re no longer limited to summer months.
