Russian President Vladimir Putin has accused Kyiv’s European allies of sabotaging U.S.-led peace efforts to end the nearly 4-year-old war in Ukraine.

His comments came after speaking to an investment forum and before he met a U.S. delegation led by envoy Steve Witkoff and President Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner in the Kremlin.

Putin said the Europeans “don’t have a peace agenda” and are on the side of war.
