TWO MURDERS in TWO DAYS!!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE CITY OF HAMILTON??????!!!!!!
I LIVE AT 95 Hess Street… AN HOUR AND A Half AFTER the MURDER in my building..I was leaving to go to work. I must of been VERY TIRED that day.. because I DIDN’T hear anything!!!! I “tried” to get out the ‘back’ door to go to work… to “avoid” letting people come in my building.. but I was STOPPED by a police officer… telling me to go in THE front entrance. I thought..(sarcastically)…”GREAT…ANOTHER Drug Deal going down..and I’m going to be LATE for work!!!”
I THEN GO to the front entrance..where I was STOPPED YET AGAIN.. from ANOTHER Police Officer…this time…. he said he was “Doing a survey.” I thought to myself… NOW????!!! NOW I AM GOING TO BE LATE FOR SURE!!!
He asked me…where I lived…my name…. my phone number….AND “if” I “Heard ‘ANY’ shooting.” In which I told him “No”… I then went straight to work…with ONLY Two Minutes to spare.
LAST NIGHT….YET AGAIN…. I was at the bus stop on King at Queen street. I was running late.. so I COULDN’T grab a sandwich at home nor go to Tim Hortons for a breakfast sandwich. I got there around 25 after 5 a.m. I HAD to be AT WORK by 6 a.m. Realizing an hour PREVIOUSLY that it was Sunday..and the buses would be running LESS frequently..I was rushing for work… when I got at the bus stop at King and Queen…I looked down the street for my bus… to REALIZE That King Street was BLOCKED OFF at Hess Street. WHAT IS GOING ON????? Buses COULDN’T get through. I ended up giving my LAST $10 TO a cabbie..who was turning the corner at Queen and King… BEGGING HIM to take me as far as $10 would go..so I could get to MAC on time. He ended up taking me to the hospital…where I walked 10 minutes more to work.
NOW ON MONDAY… I hear that there was yet ANOTHER MURDER two blocks down from my building. Police AND LOCAL Politicians HAVE TO FIND OUT WHY this happening…and WHAT to do to AVOID this happening yet AGAIN!!!!!
IT is VERY SCARY LIVING HERE!!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVE TO LEAVE REALLY EARLY IN THE MORNING or Late at Night!
