Light Heavy Light

Burlington’s own Light Heavy Light, the powerful annual dance production created by Melissa JJ Moore, returns to the Burlington Performing Arts Centre this November 23 and 24 for its eighth year, in support of The Lighthouse for Grieving Children, an Oakville-based charity offering free grief support to kids and teens who have lost a parent or sibling.

“Light Heavy Light is more than a show, it’s a gathering place for empathy, courage, and hope. Every ticket sold helps a child find their way through grief with support and community.”
Performances include two evening shows and a special student matinee on November 24 at 11 a.m., offered as part of Children’s Grief Awareness Month, inviting local schools to experience how art can create real-world change.
