What a rollercoaster it has been. The goal of any Major League Baseball team is to make it to the World Series. The Toronto Blue Jays accomplished this goal but fell short of the championship title. Another accomplishment? Uniting a nation as Canada’s team. Danielle De Graauw has the story.

Over 1,000 participating shops in Hamilton are bursting with local pride as Hamilton Day wraps up this weekend. The Hamilton Chamber of Commerce says the annual event is a celebration of small business owners and everything local. Harry Corro spoke to some of those local business owners today to see what it was all about.

Prime Minister Mark Carney’s government is getting ready to table its first budget this week, one that will be markedly different from budgets of the past – and experts say the budget could include a deficit of up to $90 billion. Adam Atkinson took a closer look at the upcoming budget.
