Two women allegedly sexually assaulted near Hamilton shopping centre

Hamilton police are investigating two sexual assaults in the area of The Centre on Barton that happened on Aug. 24.
Investigators say the women described a man coming up to them, engaging them in conversation and then sexually touching them without consent.
Both women also described the man as black, about 35-years-old, between 6’2” and 6’4” with a heavy build. He was seen wearing dark jogging pants, a burgundy t-shirt and was carrying a dark gym bag.
Investigators believe that there may be additional victims. People who have any information on the identity of the suspect or any other information that could assist police with the investigation are asked to contact Det.
