The EU’s executive arm, Russia, Belarus and Thailand say they’ve been asked to join U.S. President Donald Trump’s new Board of Peace that will supervise the next phase of the Gaza peace plan.

Russia and Thailand said they’re looking at the details of what the board’s mandate will be and how it will function. Belarus said it’s ready to join.

The board will oversee the Gaza Executive Committee that’s tasked with seeing through key provisions of the peace plan, including deployment of an international security force, disarmament of Hamas and the territory’s reconstruction.
