Justin Trudeau has announced he’ll be sworn in as Canada’s 23rd prime minister two weeks from today.

Trudeau made the announcement at the National Press Theatre in Ottawa, a place where outgoing Prime Minister Stephen Harper last took questions from reporters seven years ago.

The Prime Minister-designate will also unveil his cabinet on November 4th, which he says will be smaller with ministers that actually have decision making power.

Trudeau did not set a date for recalling parliament, noting he will do so “as quickly as reasonable.”

He’s also committed to attending the United Nations climate change conference in Paris at the end of November.
