Toronto man charged in series of break and enters in Oakville

A Toronto man is facing several charges in connection with a recent string of break and enters in Oakville.

Police say three homes were broken into in November. In one incident, the homeowners returned to their house and got into an altercation with the suspect.

Officers arrived on scene and arrested 49-year-old Vitali Lisenco.

Police then executed a search warrant at Lisenco’s home in Toronto and found approximately $50,000 worth of alleged stolen property.

He is facing 13 charges including break and enter, assault, disguise with intent, fail to comply with probation order.
