Toddler death in Milton

A toddler has died after an apparent farm accident in Milton.

Halton police say the one year old girl was found in a field Sunday afternoon and may have been struck by a farm vehicle.

She was airlifted to McMaster Children’s Hospital but died just before midnight.

Police have identified a farm vehicle that was involved and say a family member was operating it.
