Thousands of motorcycle fans head to Port Dover for Friday the 13th

Thousands of motorcyclists are heading to Port Dover this morning for Friday the 13th.

There are road closures in place in the downtown core to help with the flow of traffic.

St. Andrew and St. George streets are one-way today to make a loop through town and downtown is for motorcycles only.

There’s also paid parking outside of Port Dover with shuttle buses running to the event.

Every Friday the 13th, motorcyclists roll into the lakeside town in what is the province’s largest bike gathering.

Police are reminding drivers and riders to be safe. Follow the rules of the road and don’t speed.
