U.S President Donald Trump has designated Saudi Arabia as a major, non-NATO ally, saying the Crown Prince plans to increase investment in the U.S. to the tune of one trillion dollars, while the President says he’ll green light the sale of America’s best and most advanced fighter jet to the Arab nation.
It’s a deal that will alter the balance of power in the Middle East and paves the way for Saudi Arabia to purchase 300 American made tanks and potentially, fifth generation F-35 fighter jets.
Not long ago, Trump said another $270 billion dollars worth of agreements were struck following the U.S. Saudi Investment Forum.
In attendance were CEO’s from Chevron, Qualcomm, Cisco General Dynamics and Pfizer.
