Police search for suspect in Niagara-area indecent exposure act towards 10-year-old girl

Niagara and Fort Erie police are looking for a man who exposed himself to a 10-year-old girl in the Crystal Beach area as she was walking home from school on Wednesday.

Members of the public in the Oxford Avenue and Erie Road area told authorities that they had spotted someone matching the suspect’s description going through people’s yards earlier in the week.

The man is described as being Black or Hispanic, approximately 30-years-old and 5’7” to 5’9” tall with a slim build and black facial hair. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and had black ‘Croc’-style shoes on.

He was last seen heading north on Oxford Avenue, then west on Victoria Road, and was soon after spotted around the Crystal Ridge Community Church on Elmwood Avenue.
