Halton police arrest armed man at Georgetown GO Station

Halton police have arrested one man after reports of someone with a knife at the Georgetown GO Station just after 5 a.m.
Officers say they received reports of a man on a train platform was armed with a knife, and was trying to break into a train car.
They say the train cars had no passengers on board.
Investigators working with the K9-unit say they found and arrested a 26-year-old man after finding him in a train car.
Detectives have not said what they have charged the man for at this time.
Police say no one was hurt, and the tracks are expected to reopen shortly.
