Niagara police have arrested the man wanted for an indecent sexual act incident at a Niagara Falls hotel on Friday.
Faisal Jadooa, 26, of the Niagara region was charged on Sept. 22 with failing to comply with a court release order, sexual assault and an indecent act. He is scheduled to attend a bail hearing at the courthouse in St. Catharines today.
The initial investigation found that on Sept. 19 a man had entered a hotel in the area of Stanley Avenue and Dixon Street and approached a female employee.
He performed an indecent act and attempted to make inappropriate physical contact with her. The victim was able to alert a supervisor and call for help.
The man then fled the scene in a vehicle and was last seen travelling southbound on Stanley Avenue in the early afternoon.
Detectives would like to thank the public for their assistance in finding the suspect.
