OPP apprehend federal offender in Brantford

A federal offender who went unlawfully at large in early November has been apprehended in Brantford.

Ontario Provincial Police’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Unit said in a statement Thursday that they located and arrested 48-year-old Randall Toole.

Toole is serving over seven years for a number of counts of possession of a substance for the purpose of trafficking and failing to comply with an order.
