Ontario reported 2,380 cases of COVID-19 and 17 deaths on Thursday.
The province says the daily case number includes about 280 cases added as part of a “data clean-up process related to the provincial CCM system.”
There were 60,077 tests completed. The reported positivity rate, which takes into account the date tests were done, is 3.8 per cent.
Another 1,329 cases have been marked as resolved.
Ontario is reporting 2,380 cases of #COVID19 and nearly 60,100 tests completed. Locally, there are 1,016 new cases in Toronto, 294 in Peel, 244 in York Region and 152 in Ottawa.
As of 8:00 p.m. yesterday, 1,755,596 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered.

The province says 79,446 vaccine doses were administered on Wednesday.
A total of 1,755,596 doses have been given and there are 304,386 residents who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Ontario hospital numbers remained steady over the previous day.
There are 894 patients hospitalized with COVID-19. There are 332 people in ICU and 212 of them are on ventilators.
There are now 1,458 confirmed cases of the B.1.1.7 lineage of the virus, which was first reported in the U.K.
Confirmed cases of the B.1.351 strain, first reported in South Africa, are at 51.
There are 54 confirmed cases of the P.1 strain first reported in Brazil.
