A motorcyclist has died after colliding with a delivery truck in Pelham Tuesday afternoon.

Niagara police say the crash happened around 2:30 p.m. on Victoria Avenue, just north of Canboro Road.

The 40-year-old motorcyclist was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

There is no word yet on the cause of the crash or whether any charges will be laid.

Witnesses or drivers with dashcam footage who were in the area at the time of the crash are asked to contact the lead detective at 905-688-4111, option 3, badge number 1009170.
