Off-duty Hamilton police officer charged in Haldimand County for refusing breathalyzer

An off-duty Hamilton police officer was charged by Haldimand OPP on Monday for refusing a breathalyzer test after a late-night motor vehicle collision in Hagersville, Ont.

Thirty-seven-year-old Kyla Jobb has been reassigned to administrative duties while she awaits a court appearance on Oct. 7.

There were no reported injuries in the 11 p.m. incident in which Jobb struck an unoccupied parked vehicle.
