None injured after Monday morning house fire in Thorold

Thorold fire crews say no one was injured after an early-morning house fire on Monday.

Officials say they were called to the blaze at 1239 Barron Road around 10 a.m. and continue to work on scene.

Community members took to social media to post video of the fire, where smoke and large flames can be seen billowing from the house.

A spokesperson for Thorold fire told CHCH News that the incident is not being treated as suspicious for now, but the investigation is ongoing.
