Niagara police investigating murder of a man in Crystal Beach

Niagara police are investigating a homicide in Crystal Beach.

Officers were called to a home in the area of Mathewson Ave. and Dovercourt Rd. around 11 p.m. Wednesday.

They found an adult man without vital signs, who was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Reports scene suggest the initial call to police was for a stabbing.

Detectives and investigators with the forensics unit are at the scene. They say the investigation is ongoing.
