Niagara police arrest three people after drug trafficking investigation

Niagara police have arrested three people in connection with a Niagara Falls drug trafficking investigation that began in early 2025.

On May 13, detectives executed a search warrant at a Lundy’s Lane hotel near Montrose Road.

As a result of the investigation, two men and one woman were arrested.

Officers seized the following:

  • 90 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine (estimated value: $9,250)
  • 54 grams of suspected fentanyl (estimated value: $5,500)
  • A Winchester .30-30 rifle

Robert Carl Collingwood, 31, of Hamilton, has been arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.

Danna Marie O’Shea, 46, of Niagara Falls, has been arrested and charged with the following offences:

  • Possession of a restricted or prohibited firearm without holding a licence
  • Possession of a restricted or prohibited firearm knowing possession without a licence
  • Careless storage of a firearm
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance (fentanyl) for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance (opioid – hydromorphone) for the purpose of trafficking

Trevis Michael Little, 38, of Niagara Falls, has been arrested and charged with the following offences:

  • Possession of a firearm without holding a licence
  • Careless storage of a firearm
  • Possession of a restricted or prohibited firearm knowing possession without a licence
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance (fentanyl) for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance (opioid – hydromorphone) for the purpose of trafficking

All three accused were released from custody and have court dates scheduled in St. Catharines.
