More personnel changes at Toronto city hall

The scandal at Toronto city hall is turning into a battle of wills.

Mayor Rob Ford is refusing to answer any questions about allegations he smoked crack cocaine, but reporters covering city hall these days keep asking as people want answers.

On Friday, another Ford staff member has left while three new people were hired in what is quickly becoming a revolving door.
