Convicted sex offender Daniel Marshall has been granted bail on new charges.

Marshall was arrested yesterday at the Sopinka Courthouse on charges of sexual exploitation, sexual interference and sexual assault. This morning a Hamilton judge granted Marshall release on $50,000 bail.

The 56 year old Hamilton pediatrician was sentenced to eight years in jail for a sexually abusing a boy 30 years ago. The victim was not a patient.
