The Kansas City Chiefs won their second NFL title in four years last night, beating the Philadelphia Eagles in a 38-35 victory in Super Bowl LVII.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes stepped up when the Chiefs desperately needed him to, pulling off another Super Bowl comeback.

Mahomes faced an historic battle up against Eagles’ quarterback Jalen Hurts, a dynamic newcomer.

Mahomes threw two touchdown passes in the fourth quarter and scrambled 26 yards on the go-ahead drive despite playing on an injured ankle.

Harrison Butker kicked a 27-yard field goal with 8 seconds left, earning the Chiefs their title.

Mahomes earned his second Super Bowl Most Valuable Player (MVP) award for his performance. He was also named as the league’s MVP last week.
