Kachkar’s lawyer makes final case to jury

Closing arguments began today in the trial of the St Catharines man accused of killing a Toronto police officer two years ago.

Richard Kachkar’s lawyer is trying to convince the jury that while Sergeant Ryan Russell’s death is tragic, his client isn’t criminally responsible. Lisa Hepfner was in court today and has the details.
