There is a big hockey game at the TD Coliseum in Hamilton Saturday afternoon.
The PWHL will have a couple of teams battling it out on the ice in Hamilton as part of the Professional Women’s Hockey League Takeover Tour.
At 2 p.m., the Toronto Sceptres will be taking on the Seattle Current.
Tomorrow afternoon’s tilt is just one of 16 neutral site regular season games the league is playing this season.
Last season, the tour drew more than 123,000 fans across nine games.
Local star Renata Fast couldn’t be more excited to play near her hometown – she’s never played in the downtown rink.
“This is my first time actually, which is so crazy. I’ve been in the building a handful of times. I’ve dropped the puck at a Bulldogs game before but I don’t think I’ve ever actually played at Copps, so I’m really excited for this to be my first time. It’s a pretty cool experience,” said Fast.
