Driver error cause of early morning 2-car collision in Hamilton

Hamilton police say that driver error was the cause of a two-car collision during rush hour on Tuesday morning.

The crash was reported at 8:21 a.m on Jan. 7.

One person was injured and was taken to hospital. The injuries are not life-threatening.

Police say that charges against the at-fault driver are expected.

The road at Charlton Ave. East and Victoria Avenue was closed for the police investigation but has since re-opened.
