Department of Justice releases some of the files linked to Epstein case

After months of delay, setbacks, and opposition, the long-awaited release of the Epstein files is finally here. Thousands of photos, and some familiar faces. However, the Department of Justice is only releasing some, and what they are letting out is heavily redacted.

A decision that’s drawn swift backlash from the democrats. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said his office needs more time to carry out the necessary redactions to protect the identities of the victims in these files. While some are being released now, he says the rest will come later, but the delay is only fueling more outrage and conspiracy theories, with some officials saying this is just another attempt by the Trump administration to hide the truth.
