Multiple firefighters are battling a massive blaze in a home on Stoney Creek Mountain Tuesday afternoon.

Several units responded around 3:15 p.m. to the fire on Highland Road East between 9th and 10th roads, according to a Hamilton Fire Department incident report on Bluesky.

Hamilton police have blocked off that area as fire crews work to put out the blaze.

There is no word yet on whether anyone was injured or the cause of the fire.
