Bringing patio season back to life with pandemic restrictions set to ease at midnight

Tomorrow’s a big day for non-essential stores and some restaurants. Covid restrictions are lifting for some key industries. Patios will reopen and retailers will be allowed to welcome customers for in-person shopping. Phil Perkins reports.
