Arrest in Thorold

Niagara Regional Police have laid charges after a man performed an indecent act near Monsignor Clancy School in Thorold.

A 51 year old Thorold man has been charged with two counts of committing an indecent act.

He will appear in court for a bail hearing on Tuesday.
