In Port Dover, the thieves accessed the columbarium where they stole a bronze urn containing human remains. In Delhi, a bronze name plate was stolen from a headstone.

Investigators believe bronze and brass items are the thieves’ target.

Officers are unsure if the thefts are being committed by one person or a group of people.
