Covid patients that require intensive care hits an all-time high

A record 77 new ICU patients were admitted yesterday bringing the total to the highest number seen in the entire pandemic. In response, Ontario issued two emergency orders, but many ICU doctors are worried that it still might not be enough. Dale Manucdoc reports.
