Lose weight, exercise more, quit smoking, pay down your debts, we can all reel off a list of typical New Year’s resolutions we make and sometimes break. This week we are taking a look at some of those resolutions, starting with a healthier lifestyle.

The month of January is a busy time of the year, one of the top resolutions to be healthier. Maybe lose some weight be more active, Britt Dixon got some tips from a trainer about setting goals and sticking to them
