The lawyers for the two men accused of killing Tim Bosma are in court today.

Dellen Millard and Mark Smich have been charged with first-degree murder in Tim Bosma’s death. Today their lawyers are meeting behind closed doors in judge Turnbull’s chambers as part of on-going pre-trial proceedings.

Millard’s lawyer Deepak Paradkar says discussions include what evidence may or may not be admissible once the case goes to trial.

Bosma disappeared after going on a test drive in his truck on May 6, 2013. The 32 year old Ancaster man’s burned remains were found a week later on Millard’s family farm near Waterloo.
