Yoga helps loosen stiff seniors

Although yoga has been around for thousands of years, it’s witnessed a major growth in North America over the last decade.

And while various forms have participants sweating off pounds and working to the extreme, Maria Hayes tells us there is a gentle movement that promises to answer the needs of our growing number of seniors.
