World War II bomber restored at Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum

The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum is taking to the sky!

The museum’s latest project has been to restore this Grumman T-B-F Avenger plane used as a torpedo bomber in the American Navy during the second World War. The plane has a rich military history. The museum has been working on the plane for nearly 10 years and this will be the planes first flight in 27 years this month.
