A strike at the Ontario Food Terminal is disrupting more than traffic in Toronto. Members of the Union Local 419 have slowed down trucks at the terminal on the Queensway. They are striking against Fresh Taste Produce Limited, as the union negotiates the first collective agreement for members. The strike will affect small independent grocers and convenience stores. Large grocery stores like Loblaws and Sobeys will feel a minimal effect as they have their own warehouses.  Elizabeth Hall was following the strike this morning and has the details.
