Woman charged after crashing into parked car in Dunnville

Norfolk County OPP have laid an impaired driving charge after a driver crashed into a parked car in Dunnville earlier this week.

Police were called to a report of a collision on Main St. W around 7 p.m. Tuesday.

A witness reported seeing the driver get out of the vehicle and run away.

Police say officers tracked down the driver and arrested her after detecting signs of impairment.

Tammy Carson, 35, from Collingwood has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
