Emily Vukovic was in Guelph, learning about the Split the Pot Lottery that helps 62 hospitals in Ontario, including the Guelph General Hospital.

Buying tickets allows local hospitals to buy equipment, so that they can provide the best care possible to their patients.

Thirteen people will split the grand prize; one person takes home 60% of the pot, two people split 20%, and the remaining 10 people split the other 20%.

Tickets can be purchased at splitthepot.ca and start at $20 for 5, with the best value being 700 tickets for $100.
