Westbound LINC closed for maintenance this weekend

First Published:

The City of Hamilton will be completing maintenance on the Lincoln Alexander Parkway this weekend.

The westbound lanes of the highway will be closed starting Friday at 1 p.m.

Access to the Highway 403 on-ramps and the Rousseaux St. off-ramp will be reduced to one lane with access available from the Golf Links Road on-ramps.

The work will include spot repairs to asphalt, sections of shave and pave resurfacing, signage repairs and clearing of catch basins.

Repairs were made to the eastbound side of the highway last weekend.

Drivers should allow extra time and plan alternate routes.

This closure is expected to be in place until 11 p.m. Sunday.
