WATCH LIVE: Prime Minister Trudeau to provide COVID-19 update at 11:30 a.m.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will provide his regular update on COVID-19 Friday morning.

The Prime Minister will be speaking at 11:30 a.m.

He will be joined by Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Health Patty Hajdu, Minister of Public Services and Procurement Anita Anand.

Chief Public Health Officer of Canada Dr. Theresa Tam, Deputy Chief Public Health Officer of Canada Dr. Howard Njoo, and Major-General Dany Fortin will also be in attendance.

It comes as Canada has given the green light to a third COVID-19 vaccine.
