Waste clean up in Binbrook

A Binbrook landowner is frustrated after he is left to clean up hazardous waste that was left on his property. This was on the heels of a similar incident that happened on Thursday where barrels of chemical waste were left on vacant property in Ancaster, but in that case the toxic waste was cleaned up by authorities.
