U.S. President Joe Biden to visit Surfside

First Published:

Rescue crews and family members of those still missing in a Florida condo collapse are scheduled to meet with U.S. President Joe Biden and his wife Jill.

Many hope the visit will provide some measure of comfort to Surfside.

The Bidens will thank first responders and search-and-rescue teams still sifting through the rubble of a 12-story beachfront condominium building that suddenly came crashing down exactly a week ago.
