Two stabbed near Port Credit in Mississauga

Peel police are asking for the public’s help after two men were stabbed early this morning near Port Credit in Mississauga.

It happened around 2 a.m. in the area of Lakeshore Road East and Hurontario Street.

Police say it started with a “disturbance” at a licensed establishment in the area involving a number of people.

One man was rushed to a trauma centre while the second was able to make his own way to the hospital.

Both suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police say both men are 24-years-old from Mississauga.
