Two arrested, one wanted following human trafficking investigation in Niagara Falls

Niagara police have arrested a man and woman from Quebec after an investigation into the trafficking of a woman throughout Niagara Falls.

Hakim Varela, 21, of Brossard Quebec and 21-year-old Maha Tlemcani, of Brossard, Quebec have both been arrested and charged with several offences.

Police say a third person is wanted in connection to the case and police are asking the public for their help in finding him.

Wolff Cadelis, 25, of Montreal, Quebec is wanted for several charges including financial benefit from the trafficking of a person over the age of 18, advertising another person’s sexual services and trafficking a person by exercising control.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
